Dreamdrive Digital FZE (“Dreamdrive”, “we”, “us”) is a marketing research, consulting and education-software company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah free zone, United Arab Emirates. Office: 902, NBD Bank Building, Al Nakheel, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
This policy explains what personal data we collect on dreamdrivedigital.com and in our consulting engagements, why, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect, and why
Contact and enquiry data. When you use our contact form or email us we receive your name, email address, organisation and message. We use it to answer you and, where you ask about our services, to follow up. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
Consulting engagement data. In a research or consulting engagement we process the information the engagement contract describes, under that contract and, where required, a data processing agreement with your organisation. Client materials are used only for the engagement and are never used to train AI models.
Website analytics. This site runs on WordPress.com and uses its hosting provider’s standard visitor statistics (aggregate page views, referrers, country). We do not run advertising trackers.
Cookies. The site sets the cookies WordPress.com requires to function and basic statistics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; the site remains readable without them.
Where your data lives, and who processes it
Our website and its forms are hosted by Automattic Inc. (WordPress.com and Jetpack, including Jetpack CRM for enquiries). Email is processed by our business email provider. These providers act as processors under their own data processing terms.
Dreamdrive is established in the UAE. Where we process personal data of individuals in the UK or EU, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) available on request. We comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) as our home regime.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Engagement records: for the duration of the engagement and any retention period the contract or law requires. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the processors above or where the law requires.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under UK/EU GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, or object to or restrict its processing. Write to us at the address above or via the contact form, and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EU you may also complain to your supervisory authority.
Children
Our site and services are directed at professionals and institutions, not at children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s data.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new “last updated” date. Material changes to how we handle engagement data are notified to affected clients directly.
